Error code 0x82323023 fix try it

Please follow the steps below to try to fix the issue;

First please follow this:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Preferences.

3. Under Capture & share, please choose don't allow game captures

Then power cycle your console:

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Lastly, Allow the game captures again:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Preferences.

3. Under Capture & share, please choose allow game captures

I'll recommend you do a power cycle to clear the system cache

- Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

- Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 2 minutes.

- Plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on and check if the issue has been resolved.

If that doesn't help, I'll suggest you try doing a factory reset keeping games and apps on your console. This will refresh the console and remove all potential bugs without deleting any game data.

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

- Select Reset console.

- Choose Keep Games and Apps

Once that is done, you'll need to sign into the console using your Microsoft account credentials. If the issue is with your console, that should fix it.

Thank you all for your reply, I did de power cycle but it didnt work. Finally I did the factory reset keeping my games and apps and that solve the issue.

This was a known issue with consoles enrolled in the Alpha Skip Ahead Insider preview.

Is your console enrolled in a Insider preview? If so, download the latest OS update.
