Error Code 0x8232300b with game DVR

I have not been able to use game DVR for a while I though it was working when I said xbox record that, because it would acknowledge at the top of the screen. But When I went ot look at my clips there was nothing at all except for some Battlefield clips form
months ago that it recorded automatically when I level up. So I decided to try and snap and manually try and record but when I do it will act as if it is recording and when it finishes it say clip cannot be recorded and give me error

0x8232300b
and nothing happens. It will also not let me take screen shots at all.

I don't know if this is related but when I snap when I am playing destiny the sound continues but all I see is a black screen where the game should be. This does not matter what I snap it is all the same. It does how ever work with netflix.

I'm sorry to hear about the odd issue with the Game DVR. When you have a moment, I would suggest

Power Cycling your Xbox One console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds.

If after doing the
Power Cycle you're not seeing a difference when you turn the console back on to use the Game DVR, please post back and let us know. Thanks in advance!

 

Alright so after Doing everything xbox support suggested, from factory reset to hard reset and all these goofy little trouble shooting thing.

After trying and testing different setting I figured out the cause. It was the disply I was using. It is a 55 inch rear projection tv that requires a hdmi to rca adapter. And my setting on my xbox had to be below 720p settings.

When I hooked up to my 25 inch 720p flat screen and switch the settings back to 720p hdmi it worked perfectly fine for me. When I switch back it did not work again. And I cannot use the option to have the output at 720p because the screen goes all fuzzy.

I do not know why this has to occur because the game DVR should not be related to what the system is outputting. Hell it cannot even record in 1080p yet. So hopefully they come up with a fix for this soon, and hopefully even more I can get rid of this big
piece of a tv and get me self a nice slim one that would work fine.

 

I have no clue why XBOX didn't come with option of using RCA connections in the first place and HDMI. Left me baffled when I bought my own system and finding ways around the issue buying an adapter switching HDMI to RCA so I can play the system. NOt everyone
has a flat screen yet. Those of who have PCs have resorted to using our computer monitors.

Think it be a wise idea to make a set of cables for the system as a option. Like leggatron said I hope there is a update to fix it. Just something to think about. Still say XBOX in general is best system out there over looking this slight detail however.
