Error code 0x80D03801

I'm trying to reinstall minecraft. There was a update and it would update. So I uninstalled it and tried reinstalling it. It wouldn't work. I have tried like everything. Resetting my xbox, uninstalling the game, anything that's go with it, I have tried
everything I could find and it's been like this for over a week.

Hi. The support doesn't help. But there is a error code: 0x80D03801 this code doesn't appear on support.

These steps can help you, give it a try.
Check for updates on Windows Update, update everything including optional/additional updates.
1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app
2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app in the Windows menu, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset.
3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.
4. Open the Microsoft Store app, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner>downloads updates>get updates and update everything.
5. Restart your PC, log in to both apps and see if that solves the problem.

Also, check that your PC's region and time zone are correct.

This may be because you have your version of your console installed in the preview program and that means that your game cannot be updated correctly

Try performing a hard reset.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.

Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.

Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
