Error Code 0x80d03801

So I've been trying countless ways to fix this from the hard resets to checking for console updates and everything to no avail. The game in question is Wargroove. It works fine on my PC and even on Steam (I own the game on multiple platforms) yet when I
try to install it on my Xbox One, I either get the error message with

Something unexpected happened

Code : 0x80d03801

Or it just sits there at 0%, claiming to be installing it. I can install anything else except Wargroove

I'm not sure what to do. It worked fine before the new update but ever since then I haven't been able to do anything. When I did have it installed, it worked ok but without the update as it was unable to install it so I was playing the older version of the
game and therefore unable to play online multiplayer. However, after trying the whole uninstall then reinstall tactic, I can't even install the game now. The Xbox I'm using is the Limited Edition Halo 5: Guardians one. Not sure if that will make any difference
but I'm really at a loss here. Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated

Hi there!

I appreciate this but as I said in my post I've tried all that.

Regarding contacting support, I tried that as well and it just told me that chat and calls are not available for this right now so it told me to try what you suggested as well as trying the forums or contacting another Xbox user

Hey! There could be a couple problems happening!

For one, id try doing a hard reset!

(Hold power button on xbox for 8 seconds, then unplug cords from back of xbox and plug them back in and turn xbox on after 5 minutes)

If that doesnt work, please check for any xbox updates! If you havent updated your system, that could be a problem!

If that still doesnt work, please contact Xbox support! (Ill give a handy dandy link for ya!

Hi. The support doesn't help. But there is a error code: 0x80D03801 this code doesn't appear on support.

These steps can help you, give it a try.
Check for updates on Windows Update, update everything including optional/additional updates.
1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app
2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app in the Windows menu, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset.
3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.
4. Open the Microsoft Store app, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner>downloads updates>get updates and update everything.
5. Restart your PC, log in to both apps and see if that solves the problem.

Also, check that your PC's region and time zone are correct.
