    Hi,

    For a while now I can not download any games with XBox gamepass on PC. Every single attempt to download a game fails with

    error code: 0x80D03002. I already tried serveral recommended solution, inlcuding a new installation of windows10.

    Has anybody else experienced this issue and has a solution? I would cancle my subscription soon if this is not working.

    Ok, I found a solution!

    I quickly explain in case anybody runs into a similar issue (different games showed different error codes for the same error).

    Something was changed in the registry of the delivery optimization. The integer there was set to 100. Apparently the windows store was

    did not like this, because changing it to 3 fixed all problems.

    Clear Microsoft Store cache

    1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard, or press the Start button on the taskbar.
    2. Type in wsreset and select wsreset Run command.
    3. Confirm the reset

    Edit the registry

    1. Press Windows key+R.
    2. Type in Regedit in the Run dialog box.
    3. Once the Registry Editor is up, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>POLICIES>MICROSOFT>WINDOWS>DeliveryOptimization.
    4. Select DoDownloadMode and delete it.
    5. Close the registry editor and reboot the computer.
    6. Restart the download and check for the problem
    Use automatic troubleshooting service for Windows Store apps

    1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard, or press the Start button on the taskbar.
    2. Select the Settings icon.
    3. Select Update & Security.
    4. Click on Troubleshoot.
    5. Scroll down to Windows Store Apps.
    6. Click on Run the troubleshooter.
    7. Wait for the system to finish troubleshooting.
    8. Click Next.
    Reset the Microsoft Store app

    1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard, or press the Start button on the taskbar.
    2. Select the Settings icon.
    3. Select Apps.
    4. Select Apps & Features.
    5. Find Microsoft Store from the list and click on Advanced Options.
    6. Click on Terminate.
    7. Check for the problem.
    8. If the problem is still there, do Steps 1-5 and select Reset afterwards.
