Error Code 0x80D02017 while downloading Ark Survival Evovled

I am trying to download Ark Survival Evolved and it constantly fails with error code 0x80D02017. I have tried all different ways to fix this: reset the store through the settings screen and with powershell, many different command prompt things, reinstalled windows (keeping my files and applications), deleted everything and reinstalled Windows. It still fails. I don't know and can't find anything to fix it. I logged into my windows store account on my parent's computer and it downloaded fine. Why won't it work on my PC and what can I do to get it to download?

Now with the prioritization of downloading the games with the Xbox app, it still errors out there too. This is an absolutely ridiculous problem to have considering I did a fresh install of Windows 10. I mean really, why is it so broken and unfixable?

Thanks for your reply. IPV6 has been off and was one of the first fixes I tried when first trying to fix this problem.

1. Go to the taskbar search field and type "Control Panel";

2. When opening the Control Panel, go to "Network and Internet" and then "Network and Sharing Center";

3. On the left side, select the option "Change adapter settings";

4. Right-click the active network adapter and click "Properties;

5. In the window that opens, under "This connection uses the following items", uncheck the option "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6);

6. Click "OK", close the windows and restart the system;

7. Try downloading the game again.

Can anyone tell me why there's no mods on xbox one this would make this game better I don't get y?

I just searched around and apparently mods may be introduced at some point to console Provided links to Official Ark website(s)

the problem is in an update, and unfortunately if nothing solved, just waiting for an update of your windows so that you can solve the problem.a
