    Error code 0x80bf0043 on xbox one S


    I have an adult account, however I cannot change my time zone on the Xbox. It says I need a "parent account". Confused, I went to my account on the family settings page and it will not allow me to set my account as the parent account.

    This is frustrating. Please provide me with a solution.

    (This account was created long after I turned 18, and is in no way connected to my family. I posted this because I moved states and am in a different time zone, which is the reason why I need to change it.)

    same issue, that code and 80040200 when I tried to use cortona to shut off Xbox. I have the Xbox one x. Never had this issue with the s version. And the error codes don’t pull up on error code lookup
