    I keep getting error code 0x80a40408 when trying to customize background , and my games won’t show up under full library and keeps saying try again. I’ve tried removing accounts, restarting console and adding again, resetting the system and clearing the cache. Is there any way to fix this problem?

    Thank you. I get the following error code when trying to display the colours on the Series X if it helps. For the gamer pics and themes, there are no error codes.

    I'm experiencing the same exact problem. When I check my internet connection half the time it says there is something wrong with the Xbox servers and to check the status page but everything says its running fine. I can play every game just fine but can't see any of them in my library or change my color and background back to what they were before I took my account off my console and put it back on. This is extremely frustrating xbox needs to at least acknowledge this as a problem. Also its happening on my xbox one as well so it seems to be an issue with my account.

    Same issues here for me as well. Restoring back to factory and resetting back up as new does not resolve the issue. Issue has occurred around the same time as the other replies.

    Try putting your console in offline mode and back online. Worked for me I can see my library now and able to change theme and colors.
