    I am about to smash my console since I cant get it to connect already reset my router and I still can connect. I've recently spend sixty dollars buying a year-long membership and cant get the darn thing to work. I've already tweeted to the Xbox support account
    and no response. I'm losing my mind and Xbox assist is unavailable.

    Just bought XBOX One X. and getting 0x80a40019.

    The factory reset does not seem to resolve this issue. Exact same error codes appear when going through the system setup. First failure occurs when attempting to add an account, error code 0x80a40019, next error occurs at the end of the initial setup after
    confirming the resolution setting, error code 0x8027025a. Upon dismissing these error messages and reaching the home screen, accounts still cannot be added due to the same 0x80a40019 error code.
