Error code 0x80a40015

Hi, my kids got an xbox one s for christmas. It came with a minecraft download. This is only the second playing and none of their games are working and its showing this error code. I looked through the forum and seen that someone else had this same problem.
I tried to fix ours doing the same the you recommended by powering down the xbox and unplugging. We have done that several times and it is still not working.

Good afternoon. Try unpluged the console and internet for two minutes and plug. Its resolve many of the situations.

Try performing the hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

We have the xbox set to offline mode because we do not have the internet. We are getting this code in offline mode.

Hello Cade,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. We recommend also trying to reboot the router. If that doesn't help you can try to uninstall and reinstall the game. There isn't a lot of information on that error code unfortunately. When you get the error
code is it when you first try and launch game, sign in?

The error code is popping up when we try to launch the games. Its happening on the minecraft game which was the download and also the games that we are using the actual game disc with as well. We played yesterday and a fee hours this morning just fine.
We dont have the internet.
