    I'm having this problem as well. I'm going to get on the phone and see if I can get some money back for the 400 dollars worth of game I have on there. After that, I'm going to sell this piece of junk and build a PC. Next Generation? I lose all of my things
    that I payed for with my money because I had an inappropriate name. What a disappointment, I really thought this console had potential.

    Hey Xbox Gamer!

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The error code you are seeing seems to be network related. If you haven't already, shut down the console, unplug it for 30 secs, and try setting it up again. If you still see the code, you might want to try a
    hard wired connection, or a different network altogether. Let us know how it goes!
