Error code 0x80a40002

Discus and support Error code 0x80a40002 in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; For anyone else coming up with this error code, I managed to get this error fixed by putting in manual dns settings of 8.8.8.8 for primary and 8.8.4.4...     Error code 0x80a40002


    For anyone else coming up with this error code, I managed to get this error fixed by putting in manual dns settings of 8.8.8.8 for primary and 8.8.4.4 for secondary. Also to add to this, NAT was open and connection was all good but still wasn't able to
    connect. Try this and see if it helps.

    Can't sign into my Xbox live account on new Xbox One

    It is connected to the internet but every time I try to connect it says "Try Again Later" and gives me an error code (0x80a40002)

    Can't sign into my account, keeps giving me this error. 0x80a40002

    I have restarted my xbox and restored it back to factor settings and still gives me the 0x80a40002 error after setting it back up.

    • What are you trying to do when you get that error code?
    • What error message are you seeing with that code?

    its an absolute joke, im receiving that also along with "this we could not get your family info from xbox live 0x80bd0004"
