Error code 0x80860010

im not having the problem with any games but I'm trying to log into my profile and the code popped up so I did a full shut down of my XBOX 1 S and it helped so if you don't know how to do a full shut down of the system all you got to do is is go to your
system settings go to down to power &startup hit the turn off or restart there you well see a tab that says full shut down and a tab that says restart hit the full shut down

Do you see the error message on the gaming PC only?

If the issue is isolated to one device, try signing in on another device in a web browser and checking your two-step settings. You can also try resetting your password because sometimes that helps to clear up login cache issues like this.

You could also try creating a new user account on the PC and signing in from there to see if the issue is related to your profile.
