Error code 0x80831002

I've been having this error for a while and every solution I tried is not working. I play games like Jurassic World Evolution and Dragonball Z Kakarot, and in mid-game, the error pops up and freezes the game and the system.

This is the message I get:

There's a problem with your saved games.

Now it tells me that I have to delete and sync again. But when I do it and restart, I still get the error.

All the games I have are digital and bought through the Xbox store and I keep them stored in a Seagate Xbox 2TB External Drive.

I've done a Factory Reset, resetting my console trying both options: keep my games and apps or delete everything. Still, I get the error. I've done a Hard Reset, holding the Power button for 8-10 seconds and unplugging the power cord for 5 minutes. When
I plug back in, the startup screen either lags or tells me to restart my console. It worked once or twice for two days until I get the error yet again.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the games and still the same error comes up.

I've done tests on my network and it says everything is good and I'm connected to the internet.

I thinking it may be the console and I'm planning on getting a fix or a replacement. With the COVID-19 pandemic going on, I can't go to get a another console.

I've seen a few discussions where people get a new console and the error still comes up. I don't know whether this is true or not. If it is, I don't want to waste hundreds of dollars to get a replacement and still get the error. If nothing else, I'll just
wait for the Xbox Series X to come out.

And if that is the case, then it has to be an error on the Xbox Live Services. There just isn't any explanation.

The Xbox One X was supposed to be the world's most powerful console and yet no one can find a permanent solution for this error code?

I hope that when the Xbox Series X comes out (If ever this COVID-19 pandemic ends) that it won't ever have this problem.
