I got Rayman Legends with Games with Gold a while back. I reinstalled the game yesterday and when I try to play it, I get this error:

Looks like you need to renew Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate

This game was acquired using Games with Gold. Unless the person who acquired it has Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, you'll need to buy the game if you want to play it. If the buyer's subscription is current, try quitting
and relaunching the game. (0x803f800f)

I have Xbox Live Gold, done a forced power cycle, removed and reinstalled my account and uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Any help?

did u check if your prescription was still valid

When you check game you got either with "game with gold" either "game pass" , there is a little notification into the tile with the way you own it. If there is its meaning a game you purchased digitally full price.

So if you see "GOLD" or "GAMEPASS" , you need to have the gold and/or gamepass as active subscription.

If you are not the buyer of these game ( full price or via gold or gamepass/ultimate ) , you have to resquest from the buer to put the console as it "home" console to get the sharing active.

You can also go to library and select "games with gold" , if rayman is inside its correct, if not you use another account to get it as "game with gold" so you will need that account as "home" on that xbox to get the game working.
