hello i have a Xbox one and have brought ark evolved on disc and installed it on the x box one i have gold membership for 6:99 per month and today the 2/11/2023 i can not start my game it says (looks like you need to renew your Xbox game pass )i have checked and my game pass and it is active this is the second time this has happened i have had to uninstalled the game and then reinstalled the game and i still it does not work this problem has been around June 2022 and still they have not fixed this problem i have spent money on the game and the game pass I'm not impressed as i cant play the game i brought please sort this out

Therefore, you must renew your subscription by following these steps:

1. Press the Xbox Button to open the guide and go to Profile & system.
2. Select Settings > Account > Subscriptions.
3. Select the subscription you want to renew and choose Extend your subscription.
4. Follow the steps to renew your subscription.

If its correct , delete your profile from the console then add it back to sync all infos (

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

I had the same issue and I also found a workaround wherein we may need to turn off the recurring billing. To do so, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services. Just turn off the recurring billing and DO NOT cancel the subscription.
