    Earlier today I went on the store on my xbox one, I saw the game Madden NFL 18 on a sale for £6.75 so i thought why not purchase it. I start installing the game and then it appears to be ready to start, i try to start it. then next it says that it looks
    like i need to renew EA Access even though i have bought the game. What do i do?

    Error message when trying to launch ea access game

    Today I subscribed to EA access, paid through paypal, and have it now as active subscription.

    Now, when I try to start a game from the service after downloading it I receive the error message: " looks like you need to renew EA Access" (error code: 0x803f800d).

    I contacted EA, they say its active in their system, so the problem is with microsoft cause I didn't receive a confirmation from them.

    Is their a way to fix this?

    hello i am sorry to hear about your problem. But 1 is your xbox your home xbox? As this can be a problem trying to start the game also is it owned by another profile and that you are using to play the game? If so you need to sign into the account to play
    the game. Also, another fail safe is uninstalling the game and installing again as sometimes there is errors when you install games. I hope this helps

    Hello i do this option,but this problem still problem.

    Yes this is home xbox on default.Yes using to play the game.

    At the start to play game,i see error,out from login ,and enter login.not changed.
