    error code 0x803F8001 problem


    two games I previously downloaded, city skyline 2 and warhammer darktide, became unavailable after I renewed my subscription of PGP, the error code is usually 0x803F8001 or sometimes "file system error" other games I downloaded after the renewal seems to be unaffected

    here are the methods I already tried but not working:

    restart PC

    reinstall game

    clean both xbox gaming service and MS's cache

    reset both xbox gaming service and MS

    verify myself in the bills tab in account
