    When trying to play Overwatch or Destiny 2 on a new Xbox One S I have started to receive the 0x803F8001 error message. Destiny 2 had been working fine. Support suggests the following.





    This may mean one of the following:

    The game was purchased and downloaded, but you aren't signed in and connected to Xbox Live.


    The game was purchased and downloaded by another family member, and that person is not signed in to the console.


    The game disc is not in the console.





    I have tried all recommended resolutions. I am signed into Xbox Live, the main account is logged in, it is my home Xbox, the disc is in the console. I have tried logging out and back in as well as turning the Xbox off and then on again. All network
    activities are available and I have connections issues.






    Anything else I can try? This is extremely frustrating. This is the second Xbox One this has happened on.
