Error code 0x802725a when trying to start up Star Wars Battlefront

For about 2 weeks I haven't been able to start SWB , everytime I start it up the tile art will fill the screen, then after 30 seconds - a minute or two it crashes back to home and gives me the 0x802725a error code. I've tried everything, deleting my save
from the console , hard resetting in a 100 different ways, redownloaded the game, everything. I'm not even sure what the issue would be related to, but if anyone knows a fix I'd appreciateit

You need to hard reset your Xbox. Hold the X button on the consol until it makes a noise and completely powers off. I would advise to unpluging your brick from the power completely.

Leave it for a minute and restart the console- your issue should be solved

I bought the Star Wars Battlefront - Rogue One: Scarif Download Code for Xbox One

from microsoft.com i was told by a support person to post here. I have the code still but am getting an error token code when i try to use it. The support person looked it up and told me it was active.
