Error code 0x8027025a ONLY for Mafia: Definitive Edition

Hi, Xbox specialists!

I'm having the issue in the subject JUST for one game, and I've already tried all procedures you can imagine:

- Hard reset (by pressing Xbox Button for 10 seconds);

- Complete removal/reinstallation of the game;

- Reset console (except for Games and Apps);

- Tried move the game from internal to an external drive (and vice versa).

I really don't know what's going on ONLY for this game, but It seems there's something wrong with my account, since I've also tried to start the game from another friend's account and guess what: It works!!!

Perhaps someone will ask If I really bought the game and the answer is: Yes, of course! I spent something like $35.00 buying the game directly from Xbox Store in my region (Brazil).

So, I'm really disapointed since I cannot start the game... Will you guys have a clue on what I can do next?

Perhaps the problem with the servers is affecting you.

And just to be clear. You can open the game with another account on your console, right? Leave the game in the console's internal memory, hard reset it again, remove the console's external hard drive, turn on the console and try to play again.

I can't believe the issue is related to the MS' servers down, since the game works with other account. I really don't know what's going on. I want my money back! haha

Sorry your having problems. This should only be a temporary issue. Xbox game services are temporary down and this may be the cause of your issue.
