error code 0x8027025a for borderland 3 can't even play

uninstalled it and re installed it, didn't work, restarted the xbox still didn't work also reported it. says takes to long to load and that code comes up

Hi there

Before doing a factory reset.

Try to do a hard restart of your console.

Hold your finger on the power button until the console completely shuts down. Wait a few moments then start your console back up.

If you have no success you can try another option by heading over to your settings, network, advanced then alternate mac address, clear it and this will restart your console.

Alternatively you may also feel free to reach out to support here at Xbox customer support

If none of that works then definitely follow the advice above for doing a factory reset.

before trying this possible fix check https://support.xbox.com/en-gb/xbox-live-status to make sure that there are no alerts for Xbox Live Service Status.

if it is all green try a Factory Reset (you can choose to keep installed games and apps so you don't need to redownload them again)

this will remove all accounts so you will need to add them again and it will also unassign the console as Home Xbox so that will need to be set up again if applicable.

I can't even go to settings to disconnect my network now... i get error code 0x8027025a
