    Hello,

    I have an Xbox connected to xbox gold member ship. I have been paying for this service for a long time. Recently (meaning today) when my xbox is launching fortnight.

    The issue is, I've paid for xbox gold. And its stating that I don't own xbox membership. I've tried contacting support, but your support also appears to be down?

    Is this is an issue on my account, or an issue on your side. I've paid for my service and I'm not getting my service.
