Since the Double XP-Weekend (3 weeks ago) I can`t buy packs, can`t open packs, can`t build cards. Yesterday I download the February Update on my Xbox One, but still have the same problem :-(. Can anybody help?? Thanks

Alguien podria ayudarme, al momento que yo quiero realizar una compra el xbox o la tienda me dice que no se pudo realizar mi transaccion.

El error que marco me sale al comprar por ejemplo directamente en la tienda y metiendome al juego me manda el error sin embargo si compro lo que quiero desde el juego me dice:

Ponerse en contacto con la asistencia de Microsoft

No se puedo procesar tu pago.

In the meantime, here are the troubleshooting solutions you can perform:

Solution 1: Clear Persistent Storage

1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select Disc & Blu-Ray.
5. In the Blu-Ray section, select Persistent Storage.
6. Select Clear persistent storage.
7. Restart your Xbox One console. Access the game again and check if the same instance occurs.

Solution 2: Clear MAC Address

1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select Network.
5. Select Network settings.
6. Select Advanced settings.
7. Select Alternate MAC address.
8. Select Clear.
9. Select Restart. Access the game again and check if the same instance occurs.

Solution 3: Remove and re-add your Microsoft account on Xbox One

thanks for your answer. I tried all your steps but nothing worked. On weekend I went to a friends house and create my account on his Xbox One and started Gears 4 on disk, but still the same error. So I think there is something wrong with my gamertag on the
Gears 4 servers?! I only have this problem on Gears 4. All other games work without problems. Do you have an other Solution for me? Thank you once again!

I post my concern in the Gears of War community 5 days ago but no answer until yet :-(. Now 5 weeks after not able to play :-(. I am very angry, because I paid 100 euro for Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition and The Coalition doesn`t care about my issue. Really
really sad... :-(
