please make sure your system is running the most recent software.

if your system is up to date please check that you dont have duplicates of the films & tv app. uninstall and reinstall for the most recent version.

if you still experience problems please remove your profile from and Xbox and re download

perform a hard reset/power cycle?

If your gamerscore was lost due to an Enforcement action, then you will have to deal with it on the Xbox Enforcement website:
http://enforcement.xbox.com

Otherwise, this may be a temporary glitch. I occasionally see people complaining about large portions of their gamerscore mysteriously missing, but it was due to some kind of server error that automatically fixes itself later on.
