Error code 0x80190194 (I cant seem to fix it)

When installing the gaming services from the PC Xbox app I get the "Installing Gaming Services failed with error: 0x80190194" I can't seem to find the error code anywhere and I don't know what to do.

If there's nothing pending, kindly right-click the Start button on your taskbar, and then select Windows Terminal (Admin). In the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:

Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage

Check your time/date and region, more specifically region settings, if its set to "World" adjust it to your locale

The error i get is 0x80190194. And i think everything is up to date in my computer.
