Error code: (0x80190191) On Forza Horizon 5

Mmm this is a tough one, even I had this problem myself before and when i used the reinstall of Gaming Services with PowerShell it worked, i don't remember if it is the same code used on the previous link but this is taken from an oficial xbox page about problems with Xbox App:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

after that command press enter and then type this one:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

After the install is complete restart your device and try to open the Forza Horizon again

Hi, First of all, there isn’t any other message other then the error code and the platform is the xbox app. Game pass to be specific.

Does it say anything else in the error message? The code doesn't exist in the xbox services list.

Alright, at least we are going somewhere! That error appears when the system doesn't find a especific file, i recommend you to do the next steps:

- If you have an antivirus different to Windows Defender, uninstall it temporally because sometimes they interfere and don't allow updates and functions from the system.

- Then run the Windows Update Troubleshooter to see if anything is missing

- And lastly you could use the Reset Windows Update Tool downloading it from this official link:

https://wureset.com

You will have to unzip the file in a folder

Open as an Administrator the "wureset.exe" file

Enter your language of preference

Accept the terms

And select the options to do in your computer, i suggest you do:

2, 3,5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12

I understand if you don't want to do all this things in your computer because it sounds like a big deal and kind of scary, but besides this options i couldn't find anything more regarding your problem, i'm very sorry!
