Hello, i have a problem. sooooooooo i tried to log into the xbox live app to play minecraft but it keeps saying that my accoun t is suspended from xboxlive (i have acces to these account on the mobile minecraft app) i created like 4 new accounts, and it still says that my account is suspended from xbox live. i need help please =(

It's unusual for multiple accounts to be suspended at once. Are you using a VPN? That could sometimes trigger security measures.

Hello. Thank you for bringing this to the xbox forums. I understand you are unable to sign in and i have something we can try. Hope it helps.

Go to your Microsoft Account.
Sign in with the Microsoft account (email address and password) that’s associated with your Xbox Live account. If you’ve forgotten your Microsoft account password, see the Lost
Account and Password Solution.
Click Security & privacy at the top of the page. Due to the sensitive nature of this information, the page will prompt you to receive and enter a security code. Select the phone number or email address where you want us
to send the code.
Click More security settings. If any of the phone numbers or email addresses listed as security information have the word Verify next to them, you’ll need to click that link to confirm we have the correct information. The
page will then send you a security code. Enter that code into the field provided, and then click Verify.
Sign out of your Microsoft account, and then sign in again.
Try to sign in to Xbox Live again.

this is happening to me also, but my error code is 0x80a4001b

But when I put the code in to the error code search it says there's no error code like that.
