    The other two profiles on my account work, but mine will not sign in for some reason. Was able to log into the web browser just fine. Restarted it and left it for a full day and still nothing.

    sorry guys mine has just started working, i reset the thing so many times, no idea if it was what the wife said to do that helped but im on. FYI i deleted my account off my console. i unplugged it and left it for a while. it didnt work but i left it for
    another few hours and it worked. hope it works for all you guys.

    Same issue in Australia. Wasn't able to sign into my account or my daughters account but could sign into my sons, now I can sign into mine but now non of the kids account. Weird.
