i cant sign into my account on any games, nor can i sign into the Microsoft store. but i can sign in here and other Microsoft related things. just not when im trying to game or but something. any help?

The factory reset does not solve the problem.

but the error code was 0x80a40010 and not 0x800a40010 and still the same first error

please help me to fix this problem.

I can not sing in to xbox one and the error code is 0x800a40010 so I can not use most of games and apps

i have never used that outlook thing ever, i tried to sign into it and the only account i had was this one, it wouldnt work. i looked for mail on the control panel also, but there wasn't one/

 

i get the error code 0x80070002 when trying to sign into outlook through the mail app
