    Alright we have a serious problem with XBOX for PC and the Rest of Microsoft Dev teams making updates, or at least it is my theory. The last 3 scheduled and released updates to windows has resulted in 2 error codes in my app. 0x00000001 and 0x80073D26 with a visible message in the app "Having trouble installing or launching games click here to fix" well 1 of 2 things will happen if you close the message and launch any game in the app or click to fix is used.

    1> you get sent to the MS Store app to download and install "Gaming Services"

    If you actually open task manager while xbox for pc app is running you will actually see that the gaming services and gaming services.net are infact in the list, however gaming services has stopped while gaming services.net is still running.

    2> you get sent to xbox support site with generic description and a set of fixes that do not work.

    I have uninstalled the entire xbox for pc system including all of the services associated with the program. I then downloaded xboxinstaller.exe which then reinstalled all of the services as needed.

    this fixed it the first time. the second time I called support for help, the tech was as puzzled as I am.

    Is there a real fix and not a temp workaround.
