Error Code 0x80072efd

Hello, I am deployed to Afghanistan and tried to play Assassin's Creed: Unity on Xbox One last night. It would not let me play until I connected to the internet which I found odd since it is primarily a single player game. Fortunately, I have WiFi at my
location so I connected to it via my Xbox One and tried to play the game again this morning. My system said that it was connected to my WiFi network but unfortunately, when I attempted to launch the game, I was give the following error code: 0x80072efd. The
console's message also told me to enter that code at xbox.com/errorhelp.

When I typed that code into the URL the message gave me, it said that there were no files/records or whatever found for that code. I also find it strange that single player mode cannot be played unless you're connected to the internet. This is my first
deployment that I've had WiFi in my room - would I just have been out of luck - even for single player games/modes - on my previous deployments since I didn't have WiFi in my room? Please help!

Start off with a power cycle to your console. Also ensure your NAT is open, and that

your network is overall optimized for Xbox Live.

If that still doesn't work, try these steps:

Remove your profile from the Xbox.
Power cycle.
Add your account back.
Attempt to use party chat.
