    I am trying to sign in to my xbox one s and after I enter my 6-digit pin, it say I “need internet for this”. But I am already connect through a wired connection. When I test my network and multiplayer connection, it says everything is looking good. I changed
    the password for my microsoft account and I was able to get in, but I am unable to get in AGAIN! HELP!!!

    Thanks for clearing that up. You are connected on both the network and multiplayer test? Are you getting this error when you trying to play a backward compatible game?
