Error code 0x800706ba Games and App not working

If an error code pops up and says 0x800706ba the work around for me is. Step 1 I went to settings ease of acces clicked on audio turned off Mono output. Step 2 go to display&sound then Audio output turn everything to stereo uncompressed. Step 3 go back
to ease of acces turn back on Mono output and games and apps should work also this fixed my sounds as well.

Questions, if I may!

1. What are your "normal" X1 sound settings (each item from the audio field)?

2. Are you running it to a receiver or just your TV? What are you using (model #'s and cords)? Ex. My Xbox runs to my Onkyo 676 receiver, which goes to the TV through ARC (HDMI).

3. Does any specific media cause the error? Ex. Dash is fine, but once you try to launch a game/UHD movie - problem.

keep getting error code 0x800706ba when I try to go on games or apps and tried unplugging Xbox and resetting internet but still keeps popping error code need help.

This just happened to me today. cannot launch any game or apps. I'm on an X1X Project Scorpio edition and in the Skip Ahead Alpha insider ring.
