Error code: 0x800705b4. Unable to play any digital games on Xbox Series X.

I am unable to launch anything, online or offline. The store pages don’t allow me to click to download new games, and games I already had no longer launch and instead give me the error code: 0x800705b4. Going online to troubleshoot I found that the recommended fixes were to shut off the console, unplug, wait, and then start it back up, and then to factory reset the console if that failed to fix the issues, neither worked.

I am now nearly completely unable to do anything on my Xbox Series X. I cannot launch games I own digitally, load my full library, or download new games from the store or through Gamepass. Despite having Gamepass Ultimate, being plugged directly into internet, and having factory reset 3 times now, games either won’t launch at all, or I get the error code: 0x800705b4 or 0x80072ee2.

The only things I seemingly can do are launch games from a disk, but outside of updating them, I can’t access any online functionality within the games themselves, and utilize PC Gamepass, but even that has been inconsistent at best.

My Gamepass Ultimate subscription is active, but on console and on the mobile app it locks me out of using any features and tells me I can use them if I subscribe. I was wondering if something was wrong with my account.

I have factory reset my Xbox Series X, both completely and with maintaining files, I have done an offline update, I have removed my account and logged back in, I have cleared the Blu-ray cache, switched from two different wireless network connections and one wired, all of which had no issues reported, and cleared my MAC address as well for good measure. Nothing I have done as made any difference, and I am all out of ideas.
