Thanks for letting me know my prior solution didn’t fix the issue. I do have some further strategies to try:

Reset the Microsoft Store: Resetting the Microsoft Store can help resolve issues with error code 0x80070520. To do this, follow these steps:

• Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
  
• Type wsreset.exe and press Enter.
  
• Wait for the command to complete and then try signing into Hitman: World of Assassinations again.
  

If the steps fail, you can also try the suggested steps on posted this thread (PC) We couldn't sign you in to Xbox Live (0x80070520) - Microsoft Community

1. Open File Explorer.
   
2. Navigate to the following:
   
   • C:\Users\[your profile]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_cw5n1h2txyewy\AC\TokenBroker
     
3. Delete the Accounts and Cache folders.
   
4. Try the Xbox app again.
