Error Code 0x800704cf

Hi,

Recently, I have been struggling to sign in on the Xbox Windows 10 desktop app. Everytime I try and sign in It brings up the error code in the title. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I got this error code: 0x800704cf while trying to log into my XB1 today on 4-3-17 and this is what the Error & Status Code Search-engine/page here on Xbox.com told me: ("Sorry! No Support articles were found for "0x800704cf"). So I just restarted my console
and it worked just fine. Anyway hope that may or my not help someone down the road. Happy gaming all.

I've had a very similar issue trying to sign into my account for several days. Though when I try, I get error code 0x800704cf.

Xbox Identity Provider application. Once the application is installed, we recommend launching the Xbox Identity Provider and the Xbox App. Be sure to let us know the results!

I can't download it as the Microsoft store app is having the same issue. From what I've noticed all of the metro apps have the issue.

The issue is fixed. The latest Nvidia driver download fixed the issue.
