Got this error message Error code: (0x8007048f ) when i tried to open Forza Horizon 5 after reinstalling the game.

Ryzen 5 3600

Gtx 1050 ti

Gigabyte b540m

I have cleaned up some corrupted files and updated my drivers and windows updates.

So i restarted my computer and that seems to have fixed my problem. I am at the moment updating the game and will post here again if the problems continues.

Clean your console's MAC and try again.

To clean the MAC follow this path

Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

If it doesn't work, please reinstall the app.

If the problem still persists reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

To reset the console>

Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

***Do not reset your console without having your account email and password.***

Thank you very much, it helped me to return the console to working conditions. I got this problem after farming external storage, apparently I did something wrong.
