Error Code 0x80070141 with GamePass PC

I have been receiving this code when trying to install or update anything on Xbox Gamepass.

I have not at this issue until now. The only thing that has changed is the most recent update to windows. Again, I have had no issue up until the most recent update. Games no longer will install or update to my secondary drive, and that is the error code I get. Apparently it is a new issue for others as well, with the same exact code.

I have the exact same issue. It doesn't matter what drive I tell it to install to, no game will install from either the windows store or the Xbox app. This started happening three days ago, it was working fine before. I've been googling the issue and trying
everything to fix it like resetting the windows store and changing install location through control panel and nothing works.

i've got the same error code 0x87e00013 when an update is available for a gamepass game ...The only way to bypass that is to uninstall and reinstall the game , it's not very practical hope this can be fixe when the pc gamepass leave beta .

Ah yes, trust me, i've searched the error code and i've tried every "solution" it says but still no luck. it only seems to effect games on the gamepass though which is what confuses me. I've 100% bought the correct version of the gamepass (The one for
pc)
