    Just had the same issue with the new Call of Duty Vanguard but I figured out a work around. The game fails to install 4.0kb I to the install process.

    Go into your game que and find the game install
    Hit the menu and manage game and all add-ons
    Uninstall game and all add-ons
    Exit to main menu
    Click the Cd icon and restart install

    For some reason the initial auto install screws up throwing the code described above.

    It did the same to me but after restarting my Xbox it worked. Some many issues with these games every time they are launched or updated.

    You have to delete the game then go offline and install it off the disc and then update it.
