    Error code 0x8007013d when launching Destiny 2. There's no update showing being done or option to not accept the update. We have already tried resetting with saving. When ready installing it stops at about 60 -65GB out of the 109 GB. Tried from the disc and from the app. No success. Did the factory reset. Installed from the app it installed but there was never any thing about an update that came up to accept or decline.

    Attempted to reinstall other games from disc and from the store. No errors but it will start to download/install and the image for the game fades in and out and the install stops. Games: MK 11 from disc, Battletoads & Tekken 7 from the store. Tried YouTube and the same thing. Repair/replacement time?

    I have a two year extended warranty through Microsoft.

    We already did the factory reset. It didn't fix anything. In fact, it got worse. Games that were already installed and working, won't even install. Games: MK 11 from disc, Battletoads & Tekken 7 from the store. Tried YouTube and the same thing. All these were installed and working before the factory reset.

    We already tried that:

    Factory reset the Xbox

    Power cycled the Xbox, actually unplugged power, network cord and HDMI overnight.

    Plugged everything back in the next day, setup the Xbox.

    Installed Destiny 2 using the app.

    It installed 100% and gave option to launch it. It immediately gave the 0x8007013d error.

    Power cycled the Xbox.

    Inserted disc and immediately the 0x8007013d came up.

    Have you tried installing the disc games digitally through Xbox App?

    "1. Cancel the installation and remove the disc.

    2. Perform a powercycle on your console.

    ​​​A. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    B. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    3. Launch Xbox app on your phone and search for the game.

    4. Click the game and choose "Download to Console"

    5. Wait for the game to install completely before inserting the disc to play it."
