Error code: (0x8007012b) while trying to launch Halo: Infinite PC

Hello Aryh1132, this error is usually related to App not being able to connect to Live services.

You mentioned that you've tried some procedures, can you tell me exactly what they were?

Have you checked if you have all the optional Windows updates installed, and also the App companion of the installed it works in conjunction with the Xbox App.

This also applies to launching games, by the way. I've installed Halo Infinite using the tethering trick and it launches fine while using my phone - whereas if I try on my cable connection it takes forever, and then the launch window simply hangs on "Checking for updates", after 10 or so minutes I get an error message with the code 0x800705b4. I can start the app on cable, and while it's trying to connect switch to the tether - it then launches and works immediately. It's perplexing.

I have upgraded and installed my computer Parts, but now when I launch Halo Infinite I get "Halo Infinite is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Microsoft Store and try again. Here's the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001" which I am now trying to resolve

Also having an issue launching halo infinite, what error are you receiving?

I'd wager the only possibility we see Halo 5 on PC is closer to the Halo Infinite launch. It would definitely create a surge in interest in the franchise and we already know Infinite will be on Windows 10.
