Error code 0x800700b7 on xbox one x

I dont know when it began or what could've prompted it. But, when I try to open most of my games I get the error code 0x800700b7. Which to the best of my understanding has to do with the battle pass and a PC. I have never used a PC in relation to my xbox,
nor have I ever had the battle pass.

I can play a select few games, but cant play most. Even new games I bought yesterday, and games I got near to launch in 2016.

I have attempted uninstalling and reinstalling games, hard resets. And even an Offline System Update. Nothing has worked and theres no one for me to call.

I want to know, is there any way to fix this. Or am I just gonna have to get the new console?

Yes, but when using the error code look up tool nothing comes up for the error code I'm getting, 0x800700b7.

Check your account, Account Microsoft.com

You may have to remove and reinstall your profile on the console.

Make sure you have all the details of your account, password etc. before removing your profile.

Add and/or remove account on xbox one has steps to assist you.

Yes when I launch the game, it will launch the games start screen for 5 seconds then pop the error code. Gives the 0x800700b7 when Fall Guys is installed to the internal SSD and also when it’s installed to the Expansion Card

did the full reset (after backup)
after reset and reconfigure (from backup) some games again not starting with that error 0x800700b7
