Discus and support ERROR CODE 0X80070079 PLZ HELP in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; yesterday i had to factory reset my xbox for the 8th time in 2 months because of this error code.     yesterday i had to factory reset my xbox for the 8th time in 2 months because of this error code. It doesnt let me play aything or even open youtube. Ive tried clearing my cache by reseting multiple times ive tried clearing local saved storage but i still
    log on to this error every so offten. My xbox is refirbished and i really dont want to have to turn it in but if i need to i will but i want to do everything possible to fix it. Yesterday as i said i had this same issue and today i logged on after letting
    everything download and sure enough..... error code 0x800070079 decided to say hello. PLZ HELP ME THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!

    Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, it sounds like you're experiencing an issue with your console. I do have a question when you performed the factory reset is it a soft factory reset or a full factory reset? As well when exactly do you get this
    error code? Please let us know.

    Thanks for replying , it wasn't working with a pre-owned disk but I got a new one and it worked fine.
