Error Code 0x8007000e When Installing from Xbox Store on XB1

I just bought and set up my Xbox One. I purchased a game digitally from the Xbox Store / Marketplace and started installing it immediately. Yesterday, although it was moving unbelievably slow, it still said it was installing and showed a percent progress.
Today, it says "Installation stopped" when I go to look at that game and I receive the error message "Something went wrong..etc." and see the error code 0x8007000e. Searching this returns nothing on Xbox's error code search.

To try and fix this I have:

-Reset the Xbox One console by both pressing the power button for 8 seconds and waiting and unplugging from the wall.

-Entered my Router settings on the computer and used the Xbox One guide to do port forwarding and manually entered all the necessary ports for using an XB1.

-Reset my router and wireless network

-Confirmed I am fully connected to my wireless network on my Xbox (although the speed is incredibly slow: 1.32 Mbps Up and 0.6 Mbps down.

Any suggestions?

Issue Buying BC Game Directly From XB1: L4D2

Quick question, well two really. What was the error code? Did you ask google what the error code meant?

Also, if the xbox is having status issues that can cause stupid error codes to drop. Usually though once you google the code you'll know what the issue is, and if the issue isn't related to the internet, i'd still hit up status page for xbox just to make sure.

Which i'll do before i hit post. Xbox Live Service Status | Xbox Live Service Outage seems everything is normal right now, so hit us up with the error code, i'd try again though.

 

Issue Buying BC Game Directly From XB1: L4D2

So I'm having trouble buying L4D2 from the XB1 store on the console. I know you're supposed to be able to click show price and then go through the steps on buying it directly from the console. However, for some strange reason when I click show price, it brings up an error and tells me something like "you are unable to buy this game from the xbox one at this time. Please buy from the xbox 360 store" then it gives an error code. I've had no issues buying other games directly from the XB1. What's going on with this one?
