    Hey Expected Robin72,

    You are seeing that error message with every app and game that you try to install? If you're rebooting the console with the steps listed

    here    , have you tried
    reset your console     to defaults to see if that helps? Let us know how that goes. Error code 0x8007000e no online service at all. :)
