Is this happening on Windows 10 or 11 buddy?
Are you able to test with a different game to see if the issue persists?
Also, in case you are trying to install the game on another drive, is that drive formatted as NTFS?

Forza horizon 4 is OK too. But I bought it.

And Forza horizon 5 uses Game Pass.

I can start Forza 5 on my PC, can not start on Xbox serious S.
