Error code 0x80010115

HI,

Sorry you are having problems installing your games.

1, Check the Xbox Live service status. If you see any alerts, wait until the service is up and running and then try again.

2, Whatever you were doing, try again. Occasionally something interferes with normal actions.

3 -

1. Press and hold the Xbox button  in the center of your Xbox One controller to open the Power Center.
2. Select Restart console.
3. Select Restart.

If your console doesn’t respond, press and hold the power button on the front of your Xbox for 10 seconds.

4 - It's possible that the installed game data is corrupted. To correct this, you need to uninstall and then reinstall the game.

To uninstall the game:

1. Press the Xbox button  to open the guide, select
   My games & apps.
2. Highlight the game title that you want to uninstall.
3. Press the Menu button  on your controller.
4. Select Manage game & add-ons.
5. Highlight the game title and press the Menu button
    again.
6. Select Uninstall.

Once the game is uninstalled, restart your Xbox One console. Here’s how:

1. Press and hold the Xbox button  in the center of your Xbox One controller to open the Power Center.
2. Select Restart console.
3. Select Restart.

Now reinstall the game:

1. Return to the My games & apps screen.
2. Select the game title from Ready to install.
3. Select Install.
4. A progress bar will let you know the status of the installation.

Once the game has been reinstalled, try playing the game and see if the issue reoccurs.

If all of the above fails , Shut down your Xbox and Turn the power off for 5 mins and then retry.

this is happening to me also, but my error code is 0x80a4001b

But when I put the code in to the error code search it says there's no error code like that.

I forgot to add this link, the error codes are given for a reason, you may find it handy if you get error codes although not every error code gives a possible solution.

Same error code 0x800488fc, got an error code for the error code.

What can i do???

I don't remember exactly the error code but it started with 801 and error occurred. I will try to contact Phone Support as soon as I can but I will try what Xbox Support said to me on Twitter as well.

I looked over the error codes and I limited to the ones I think it was.

I can't pinpoint the exact one since they are all similar.

(My payment option did work, it was paid through my Microsoft Account)
