    When you restart your console, are you getting the green load screen? If so, I would check to make sure that the game does not need an update. Or uninstall the game and reinstall.

    mine started with error code 0x80010108 while trying to start any game, suggested resart, to no avail. now in settings im getting error code 0x800401fb. seems to be a current topic given the forum posts. still looking for a solution.

    I've just recieved this as well - started when I was suddenly blocked from sending messages, or joining parties. I restarted my xbox and found that I couldn't log in. At least I know I'm not alone.
