Based on your description, you have already performed troubleshooting for this issue. We're sorry to hear that you have tried to contact Xbox Support for assistance however the issue is related to Windows. We would like to assist you here and see what we can do with the issue you have so let us work together.

1. Can we ask for a screenshot of the issue? Please conceal any personal information like gamertag, full name and email address.
   
2. May we ask for the Windows version and edition of your computer or laptop? Please type WINVER into the Windows search bar and hit Enter.
   
3. Do you have any antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall, proxy and PC Optimizer installed in your PC?
   
4. Try to install an app or game from Microsoft Store and see if the game or app download or launches. (Sample: Microsoft Sudoku and Minecraft Launcher)

same here, I have xbox game pass for my pc, and im trying to install games through the Xbox app but when its finished downloading, it says ''error 0x80070005, i was trying to look online for help and nothing.

Playing with xbox one. Downloaded game from game pass and from the store. no error code . When trying to join a game it doesn't do anything at all but sit at the start screen
